How long does it take for my order to ship?

It takes 5-7 days processing for orders before orders ship.

How long is the transit time?

Since we are based in the Philippines, it will take 20 to 35 days before the package arrives to you. Please keep this in consideration if you are ordering for an event/gift. All orders are shipped with tracking.

How do I track my order?

Once you receive a notification that your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this site to track it.

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns/exchanges for items that are damaged within 14 days of delivery. Please check my return policy page for more info.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes! All of Timpanie's jewelry is hypoallergenic. It's tarnish-proof but we highly recommend that you wipe it down with a microfiber/jewelry polishing cloth to keep its luster. Everything is made with sterling silver .925 and nickel, lead, and cadmium free.
